Judith works in a variety of media with her landscapes, urban scenes, and animal portraits. She enjoys the fluidity of watercolor, and the ability of acrylic paints to spread like oils or to flow like water. Much of her work is done in the studio using her own photos and reference materials. However, she draws and paints en plain aire as often as possible. Weekly volunteer work in a local high school’s art classes gives her fresh insights into ways of solving visual problems.
